I'm a country girl and health and wellness enthusiast living in Oxfordshire with my husband Sam and my daughter Bonnie. Oh and I’m also mum to my Irish draught Marshall.

Originally from Northumberland, I ended up making my way down south working in various independent schools and then three years working at an international boarding school in Switzerland. Life switched when I met my now husband Sam and I moved back to the UK.

After nannying in London for six years traveling all over the world the girl who craved travel and high profile roles suddenly changed to wanting a slower pace of life and to be present for my daughter.

Due to the nature of my role this wasn’t an industry I could continue in and I finally reached burn out trying to manage my role and being a mum at the same time. My health was suffering and so was the relationship with my family. So I made the decision to leave and set up my own business, which brings me to where I am now.

Working from home, managing my time the way I want, being a present mum to my daughter giving her all my attention and time she needs. I feel like I’ve won at life being able to provide for my family and hang around with my little best friend all day.

Time to see friends and family, ride my horse, cook home made meals, look after my own health and wellbeing is also a massive bonus.

I know what it’s like to want all this and I’m lucky enough to have made this my reality. This is why I want to share my story and what I have learned in my business with you so you can do the same.
